入选标准
- •1. Non-healing ulcer more than 4 weeks includes diabetic ulcer, venous ulcer with or without clinical symptoms of Pain, Itching, Edema, Fibrinous exudates in the lesions
- •2. Patients who are willing to undergo Pugai (fumigation) application
- •3. Willing to take photographs before and after treatment
排除标准
- •1. Extensive and localized Gangrene require amputation
- •2. Osteomyelitis
- •3. Deep ulceration with bone, joint involvement
- •4. Known C/O venereal ulcer
- •5. Known C/O Hansenâ??s disease
- •6. Known C/O Tuberculosis
- •7. Known C/O Malignancy ulcer
- •8. Any other systemic illness
- •9. Pregnancy and Lactation
- •10. Bronchial asthma
- •11. Allergic to fumes
