入选标准
- •All patients more than 18 years undergoing clean and clean contaminated surgeries in the department of general surgery and obstetrics and gynecology
- •Open and laparoscopy surgeries which are clean and clean contaminated and the incision is closed primarily
- •All the patients who give informed consent for participating in the study.
排除标准
- •Relaparotomy within 30 days of previous surgery POD 1 is Day of surgery through the same incision
- •Patients with HIV chronic renal failure chronic steroid intake SLE active skin infections at proposed incision site
- •All surgeries done under local anaesthesia
