- •PATIENT ADMITTED IN ICU WITH SEPSIS
排除标准
- •1. Patients with pre existing diagnosis that can affect muscle mass like - Muscular dystrophy , Neuropathy , Myopathy , Stroke
- •2. Patients with amputated limb
- •3. Patients with cast or external fixator or any implant device that can impede ultrasound assessment of muscle thickness of arm
- •4. Patients with previous hospitalisation within 3 months
- •5. Patients who died or discharged from ICU with in 72 hours
