Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) patients with progressive disease who have completed definitive treatment
- OSCC patients coming with a local recurrence after a disease-free interval of more than 6 months, who are not amenable for any standard treatment
- Adult patients above the age of 18 years
- Patients with good physical performance status
- Patients who are able to give an informed consent
- Patients who can have conventional anti-cancer therapy
- Patients who are not willing to participate in the trial
- Patients who have grade IV Trismus
- Patients with poor performance status
- Patients who are younger than 18 years
- Patients who are unable to give an informed consent due to poor mental status

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Increase in the Quality of life of oral cancer patient.Timepoint: Clinical assessment will be done at the end of 3rd, 6th, 9th and 12th month. Radiological assessment will be done at the end of one year. Quality of life with respect to the mentioned parameters will be addressed during the above intervals.
