Patients of post-operative partial Fistulectomy with Ksharsootra application will be included in this study.
Patients having Fistula-in-ano secondary to other disorders
Pregnant women
Patients of malignancy of anorectal and any organ
Uncontrolled Hypertension (Average Systolic >140mmHg and Average Diastolic >90mmHg) and DM (Diabetes Mellitus) (Fasting Blood Sugar level of >140mg/dl and Post Prandial Blood Sugar >180mg/dl)
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Sexual Transmitted Disease (STD) and Hepatitis B surface Antigen (HbsAg) positive and Hepatitis C virus positive patients.
