1)Classical signs and symptoms of Madhumeha-
PrabhutaavilaMutrata, pipasadhikya, kshudhadhikya, swedadhikya, Nidradhikya, karapadataladaha, karapadatalasuptata, angagandha, daurbalya, shrama, galatalushosha, tandra
2)Fasting plasma glucose upto 200 mg/dl and post prandial glucose level upto 300mg/dl
3)Both insulin dependent and non insulin dependent type 2 diabetes mellitus patients will be included
4)Both newly diagnose and patients on allopathic treatment will be included in this study
1)Patients with other metabolic and endocrinal disorders.
2)Patients having uncontrolled blood sugar.
3)Fasting plasma glucose level more than 200mg/dl & post prandial glucose level more than 300mg/dl will be excluded
4)Patients having any other malignancies, any other systemic / serious illness.
5)Patients with diabetic wound / ulcers.
6)Patients of Diabetes mellitus Type 1 (Juvenile Diabetes).
7)Patients having acute & serious complications of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
8)Patients with Coronary artery disease, Peripheral vascular disease & cerebrovascular disease &
9)Other chronic debilitating disease like STD, Tuberculosis etc.
10)Pregnant women
