Inclusion Criteria
1. Fresh Diagnosed cases (within 3 Months)
2. Patients with hypothyroidism with features under subjective criteria including
obesity
3. Patients with raised serum TSH, & subnormal T3 & T4 levels along with altered BMI & Waist Hip Ratio
4. patients ready to give consent and participate in the study by following the instructions
Exclusion Criteria
1. Complicated cases of Hypothyroidism or associated with other endocrine disorders
2. Patients with Euthyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Diabetes Mellitus
3. Pregnant & Lactating Patients
4. Patients associated with any other systemic illness
5. patients who fail to give consent
6. patients who have taken antibiotic therapy for any systemic illness within past 2 months
