Inclusion Criteria
moderate to severe knee pain due to osteoarthritis , aged 40-85 years
Exclusion criteria:
Diabetes mellitus, renal and hepatic diseases, coagulation disorders, mental and psychological disorders, and intolerance or allergy to any of components of the two syrups
