Inclusion Criteria
Healthy adult.
BMI between 18 †25.0 kg/m2.
Willing obtain to eating a provided meal every day for four consecutive weeks.
No drinking or smoking.
No drugs that affect blood sugar and lipid levels as well as any vitamins, minerals or supplements for at least two months before the start of the project.
Exclusion Criteria
BMI <18 kg/m2 or > 25 kg/m2.
Irregular work schedule.
Drinking or smoking regularly.
Pregnant or lactating women.
Taking medications known to affect metabolism.
