Inclusion Criteria

1. Patient age: 18-60 years of either gender.

2. Patients posted for surgery requiring general anaesthesia.

3. Patient with controlled hypertension.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patient who does not give written inform consent.

2. Patients with history of allergy to study drug.

3. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.

4. Patient taking amphotericin B, diazepam, dihydroergotamine.
