- •2. Patients posted for surgery requiring general anaesthesia.
- •3. Patient with controlled hypertension.

- •1. Patient who does not give written inform consent.

- •3. Patients with anticipated difficult intubation.
- •4. Patient taking amphotericin B, diazepam, dihydroergotamine.
