Inclusion Criteria
All adult patients with uroliathiasis planned for extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy except the exclusion criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
Anatomical abnormality
Uncontrolled Coagulopathy
Untreated UTI
Previous renal/ ureteric surgery
Ipsilateral ureteric calculus
Renal insufficiency Sr.Creatinine >1.8
Cardiac diseases (MI, Arrhythmias, cardiac surgery, IHD)
Uncontrolled HTN
Morbid Obesity
Uncontrolled DM
Immunocomprimised Patients
Pregnant women
