The subjects who are 20-65 aged, spontaneously consent this study and put their signature on the consent form, have diagnosis of metabolic syndrome, and are relevant below 2 of 3 matters
1) Homocysteine >= 11.5 umol/L
2) Fibrinogen >= 200 mg/dL
3) Hs-CRP > 1.0
1)severe complications such as liver failure, heart failure, diseases related to blood.
2)pregnant
3)body weight <= 45 kg
4)shock events
5)bleeding tendency
6)Lipid abnormality caused by hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, obstructive bile duct disease, lupus, pancreatitis, malignant lymphoma or nephrosis
7)communcation disability
8)recent blood donation
