入选标准
- •The subjects who are 20-65 aged, spontaneously consent this study and put their signature on the consent form, have diagnosis of metabolic syndrome, and are relevant below 2 of 3 matters
- •1) Homocysteine >= 11.5 umol/L
- •2) Fibrinogen >= 200 mg/dL
- •3) Hs-CRP > 1.0
排除标准
- •1)severe complications such as liver failure, heart failure, diseases related to blood.
- •2)pregnant
- •3)body weight <= 45 kg
- •4)shock events
- •5)bleeding tendency
- •6)Lipid abnormality caused by hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, obstructive bile duct disease, lupus, pancreatitis, malignant lymphoma or nephrosis
- •7)communcation disability
- •8)recent blood donation
