Inclusion Criteria
Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy that meet criteria for orbital decomptression
One site orbital decompression
Best corrected visual acuity better than 20/200 both eyes
age more than 20 years
Exclusion Criteria
Bilateral orbital decompression
Not able to come for follow up 6 month after surgery
History of orbital disease
Orbital bone fracture
Strabismus from other causes than TRO
History of strabismic surgery
