1. Age of patients- 18 to 60 years of either sex.
2. Kidney and ureteral stone size up to 8 mm.
1. Urethral stone.
2. Gross Hydronephrosis.
3. Chronic Renal failure. (Sr. Creatinine >2mg/dl will not be included)
4. Cases which requires surgical intervention.
5. Severe Haematuria.
6. Uncontrolled systemic disorders like Hypertension ( >160/100 mm-Hg), Diabetes
Mellitus ( >180 mg/dl RBS).
7.Known cases of Cardiac disorders, Malignancy, Tuberculosis, HIV, VDRL, HepatitisB positive.
8. Pregnant and lactating mother.
9. Patients suffering from any auto immune diseases
