Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals for both genders between the age 20\- 40 years
- •Ankylosing Spondylitis patients diagnosed by a physician identified according to modified New York criteria.
- •Steinbrocker Functional Classification\- I\- II
Exclusion Criteria
- •Already enrolled in other yoga programs in the past 2 months.
- •History of drug or alcohol abuse, within 6 months prior to screening.
- •Post Traumatic stiffness
