1. Patients who were diagnosed with cancer receiving chemotherapy and chemotherapy wards for 2 days or more, 2. Aged 18 years and older, 3. Buddhist, 4. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0 to 2, 5. HADS > 7 prior to participation OR Thai Stress Test (TST) group 5 to 9 (Mildly stressful to considered stressful), 6. Able to communicate verbally in Thai, 7. Willing to participate
Unstable medical conditions e.g.
1. Alteration of consciousness
2. Unstable vital signs
3. Dyspnea
4. Numerical rating scale of pain >= 5
