Patients, with nsCL/P or nsCPO
Patients, whose four grandparents are of Vietnamese descent.
written consent to participate in the study.

ASA-group 1-3.

Inclusion criteria control patients:

Patients, without a syndrome
Patients, whose four grandparents are of Vietnamese decent.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients, with a CL/P or CPO or
signs of a CL/P or CPO

Relatives of a cleft patient
