Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing Arm,Forearm and hand surgeries
- •ASA grade I\&II
- •Age \>18 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Peripheral Vascular disease
- •Phrenic nerve paralysis on the opposite side
- •Severe chronic obstructive lung disease
- •Refusal of consent
- •Site infection
- •Allergy to local anaesthesia
- •The presence of any neurological sequelae in the limb to be blocked
- •Coagulopathy
