Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA Physical status I and II
- •Patients undergoing major surgery which require atleast two hour arterial blood pressure monitoring
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Cardiac, hepatic or renal dysfunction
- •2\. Bilateral pulmonary disease
- •3\. Pregnancy
- •4\. Hypertension
- •5\. Neurosurgery and cardiothoracic vascular surgery
