Brief Summary
(1)观察头电针治疗帕金森病的临床疗效;(2)运用正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)技术,观察头针对帕金森病(PD)患者不同脑区葡萄糖代谢的影响;(3)运用单光子发射型计算机断层显像(SPECT)技术,观察头针对帕金森病(PD)患者不同脑区血流状况的影响。

对照组
服用美多巴治疗 1 个月,治疗前、后运用 PET 和 SPECT 各扫描一次观察治疗效果。
治疗组
头电针配合美多巴治疗一个月,干预前、后运用 PET 和 SPECT 各扫描一次观察治疗效果。
