Inclusion Criteria
- •posted for elective upper limb surgery amenable under supraclavicular brachial plexus block will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients on antihypertensive such as alpha or beta blockers, suffering from diabetes mellitus, peripheral vascular diseases, neuropathies or any other contraindication to the use of regional anaesthesia technique like patient refusal, or known sensitivity to local anaesthetics or skin infection at the site of needle insertion will be excluded from the study
