- •1) Patients who are having the following symptoms of bleeding piles (1st degree haemorrhoids) constipation ,bleeding per anus ,itching in the perianal region,pain in all limbs confirmed by proctoscopy
- •2) willing to give blood samples for the investigation when required
排除标准
- •1)Patients having 2nd ,3rd degree internal haemorrhoids
- •2)Pregnancy and lactation
- •3) External Haemorrhoids
- •4)Fistula in ano
- •5)Hypertension
- •6)Rectal polyp
- •7)Rectal Cancer
