- •Asthmatic children of the age group 5-12 years attending the Paediatric Medical and Pulmonology OPD and admitted in the Medical and Pulmonology wards

- •Children with
- •-acute exacerbation of asthma
- •-active respiratory tract infection or any other infection within the past month
- •--systemic inflammatory diseases (such as collagen vascular diseases)
- •-chronic underlying disorders (such as cardiac, pulmonary and renal diseases)
