- •1) All adult patients presenting with the clinical diagnosis of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis of either sex.
- •2) All patients willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1) Patients already planned for open cholecystectomy
- •2) Patients on drugs which alter the CRP levels
- •3) Patients with-
- •-BMI more than 30kg/m2
- •-HIV positive patients
- •-Autoimmune conditions (like rheumatoid
- •arthritis, lupus, inflammatory bowel disease)
- •-Inflammatory conditions (like pericarditis)
- •-Gallbladder or other GIT cancer
- •-Breast cancer
