入选标准
- •-NACA-Score >=4
- •-BP<90mmHg,
- •HR> 120/min or <50/min
- •-Suspected NCTH
- •Non traumatic OHCA
- •-time to BLS <10 minutes
- •- high quality ACLS for at least 10 minutes without ROSC
排除标准
- •-stable patient
- •-non compressible supradiaphracmatic bleeding
- •-injuries with no chance of survival
- •Age >76years
- •-Unwitnessed cardiac arrest or time to BLS > 10 minutes
- •-DNR order
- •- kwon terminal malignant underlying disease
- •-massive care dependency
