- •1) American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~II
- •2) 20 ~80 year old
- •3) patients undergoing elective urologic or lower limb surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1) coagulopathy or other bleeding diathesis
- •2) infection at the injection site for spinal anesthesai
- •3) history of allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
- •4) age < 20 year old
- •5) history of arrhythmia
- •6) uncontrolled hypertension
