- •1\) American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I\~II
- •2\) 20 \~80 year old
- •3\) patients undergoing elective urologic or lower limb surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •1\) coagulopathy or other bleeding diathesis
- •2\) infection at the injection site for spinal anesthesai
- •3\) history of allergy or hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
- •4\) age \< 20 year old
- •5\) history of arrhythmia
- •6\) uncontrolled hypertension
