Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Age group between 1 to 10 yr.
  • 2\) Either sex
  • 3\) Pediatric patients sheduled for lower abdominal, urological and lower limb surgery.
  • 4\) ASA status 1 and 2

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Contraindications for spinal anesthesia.
  • 2\) Lower respiratory tract infection.
  • 3\) Allergy to bupivacaine or clonidine.
  • 4\) Parental refusal.
