- •1) Age group between 1 to 10 yr.
- •2) Either sex
- •3) Pediatric patients sheduled for lower abdominal, urological and lower limb surgery.
- •4) ASA status 1 and 2
排除标准
- •1) Contraindications for spinal anesthesia.
- •2) Lower respiratory tract infection.
- •3) Allergy to bupivacaine or clonidine.
- •4) Parental refusal.
