Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Age group between 1 to 10 yr.
- •2\) Either sex
- •3\) Pediatric patients sheduled for lower abdominal, urological and lower limb surgery.
- •4\) ASA status 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Contraindications for spinal anesthesia.
- •2\) Lower respiratory tract infection.
- •3\) Allergy to bupivacaine or clonidine.
- •4\) Parental refusal.
