Inclusion Criteria

�primary TKA or THA
�blood loss less than 1,200 cc.
�age between 18 - 90 year
�preoperative doppler u/s screennig normal

Exclusion Criteria

abnormal bleeding history
abnormal liver function test
eGFR < 30 mm/min
previous DVT
