- •EGD, CT, EUS
- •- size: less than 4cm
- •- depth of invasion: mucosa, submucosa (cT2)
- •- location: at least 3cm from GEJ, pyloric ring
- •laparoscopic surgery
- •informed concent
排除标准
- •synchronous malignancy
- •multiple lesion
- •remnant gastric cancer
- •indication for ESD
- •Hx. of CTx or RTx
- •ICG hypersensitivity
- •indication for open surgery
- •metastatic gastric cancer
