Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age between 20 and 60 years and prepared for elective unilateral inguinal hernioraphy.
  • •American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) I or II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients refusal ASA \> II.
  • •Patients refusal h aving contraindications for the study medications.
  • •Infections at block site.
  • •History of substance abuse.
  • •Mental dysfunction.
  • •Metabolic disease
  • •Using anticoagulants.
