- •1.Children aged between 2 to 12 years.
- •2.Elective open cardiac surgery via median sternotomy for the repair of simple congenital heart diseases.
- •3. ASA I:III
排除标准
- •1.Repeated cardiac surgery.
- •2.Emergency surgery.
- •3.Intubated patients.
- •4.Patients receiving inotropic support.
- •5.Presence of pulmonary hypertension.
- •6.Presence of bleeding disorders.
- •7.Presence of allergy to the amide local anesthetics.
- •8.Presence of thoracic spine deformity and history of thoracic vertebrae trauma or surgery.
