Inclusion Criteria
All ICU medical admission of age less than or equal to 12 years needing tracheal intubation with conventional laryngoscopy and intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients older than 12 years.
2.Intubations done during cardiopulmonary resuscitation,
3.Awake fibreoptic intubation or intubations done immediately after unplanned extubation and
4.Patients with mediastinal mass with Computed tomography (CT) scan documented tracheal compression or deviation.
