1. Aged 23-37 years, junior high school education level or above, in line with the diagnosis of infertility.
2. IVF/ICSI assisted pregnancy due to female fallopian tube factors or male factors, using luteal short-term and long-term regimens.
3. Ensure that the patient is free of uterine structural disorders, systemic diseases and external ear health, that the patient has not recently been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, or that he has not received any anxiety treatment before.
4. Informed consent, volunteer.
1. Complicated with immune diseases, infectious diseases, severe heart diseases and chronic wasting diseases; endometriosis; chromosome abnormalities; polycystic ovary syndrome.
2. Previous history of ovarian surgery, previous history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, hysteroscopy showed weak uterine lesions, mania, depression, or schizophrenia accompanied by anxiety.
3. The patients with mental depression caused by hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease, drug dependence or other mental nerve diseases were excluded.
