LOW RISK GROUP-Spontaneous on set of labor
delivery within 24hrs of onset of labor, cephalic presentation.
HIGH RISK GROUP-induced labor, prolonged labor morethan 24hrs, prom, preterm labor,instrumental labor,aneamia.
pregnant women with PIH and GDM.
Pregnant women with already established sepsis.
patient undergoing caesarean section.
pregnant women other than cephalic presentation.
pregnant women with preexisting medical disorders.
pregnant women on drugs like metformin, acetaminophen, linezolid, beta2agonists, which cause elevation of serum lactate.
