Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients ASA physical status I - III
2. Age group between 20 and 60 years old
3. Undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

1. History of 5-HT3 antagonist hypersensitivity
2. History of Propofol, egg and soybean hypersensitivity
3. Infected patient
4. History of lipid metabolism disorder
5. Chronic pain/analgesic received
