1.Newly born infants of gestational age less than or equal to 32 weeks
2.Born in any delivery suits in Siriraj Hospital
3.Receive parental informed consent
Exclusion criteria
1.Maternal age less than 18 years old
2.Lack Thai language literacy.
3.Congenital lethal anomalies such as trisomy 13, 18, and anencephaly.
4.Presence of skin and abdominal wall defect such as epidermolysis bullosa, aplasia cutis congenita, collodion baby, gastroschisis, meningomyelocele, and omphalocele.
Withdrawal or termination criteria
1.Parental decision not to participate
2.The actual delivery occurs later than 32-week gestation
3.Infants die during resuscitation
4.Transportation occurs later than one hour after birth
