Name Time Method Retrospective data collection should enable analyses of the inadequate, adequate and potentially avoidable use of emergency Departments (WHAT?). <br>This will be done after the final consolidation of all data exports at the end of the study 30.04.2021 (WHEN?). <br>A definition of inadequate utilization is modeled using this data set and avoidable utilization is mapped using definitions existing in the literature (HOW?).<br>
