Inclusion Criteria

glaucoma group
Age > 18 years
Diagnosis by glaucoma specialist
glaucomatous eyes with the following
- Glaucomatous cupping at least 0.7 of CDR
- Nerve fiber layer defect in OCT or disc photography
- Visual field defect correlated to disc photography or OCT

Glaucoma suspected
Age > 18 years with following criteria
- Glaucomatous cupping at least 0.7 of CDR
- No glaucomatous visual field defect

Normal
Age > 18 years with no glaucomatous optic nueropathy or glaucomatous visual field defect

Ophthalmology residents
10 First year residents at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

glaucoma, glaucoma suspected and normal eyes
Retinal or neurological eye disease
History of intraocular trauma
Uncooperative in examination
Contraindicate for pupil dilatation
Blurred disc photography
Poor quality OCT: at least 7 signal strength, center optic nerve
Unreliable VF perimetry: false positive errors >33%, false negative errors > 33% and fixation loss >20%
