简要总结
The prevalence of malnutrition in adult thalassemia was 20%. Plasma metabolomic profile suggested that the malnourished thalassemia had imbalanced proteolysis and deregulation of acylcarnitine derivatives that were associated with decreased fatty acid oxidation. ONS improved nutritional status and fatty acid oxidation in malnourished thalassemia.
