Inclusion Criteria
adult patients (20-75 yr) scheduled for robot-assisted laparoscopic radical Prostatectomy(RALP)
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria are emergency operations, patients with current pulmonary disease and a known history or clinical evidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on preoperative pulmonary function test or used medication, and hepatic or renal dysfunction.
