26-36 Weeks Of Gestation Admitted To NICU With Diagnosis Of Respiratory problems.
Infant Have Low Spo2 according to gestational age, High Respiratory Rate, Problem In Breathing.
Mechanically Ventilated Neonates with all control assisted and assisted mode of ventilator.
Silverman Alderson Score Is >0
Medically Stable Infant at time of treatment.
Low birth weight <2kg

Neonates with respiratory and cardiac congenital anomalies, respiratory congenital disease like cystic fibrosis.
Neonates with seizures.
Acute stage of RDS when child first need medical attention in emergency.
Neonates who underwent surgical procedures.
Genetic syndrome.
Infant with any injury, fracture or major cerebral abnormality, haemorrhage.
major airway interventions like manual hyperinflation or bronchial lavage performed in previous 12hr, Neonates who will on control mode of ventilator.
