A.Babies of age 0 to 24 months
B.Babies hospitalized and referred by pediatrician for chest physiotherapy
C.Babies diagnosed with LRTI
D.And if they presented with any one of the following factors:
i.e., history of apnoea, cyanosis, respiratory rate more than 60/min, pulse oximetry less than 95%, presence of cough/fever, consolidation and/ or infiltrates associated/ or not with pneumonia or bronchiolitis on chest radiograph
A.Babies with severe respiratory distress, requiring mechanical ventilation in PICU
B.Babies with cardiac disease, respiratory conditions previously, bone disease, rickets and with known rib fracture.
C.Babies with thrombocytopenia
D.Babies on prolonged corticosteroid treatment
