Inclusion Criteria

Spinal cord injury with a lesion between C4-C8 ,American Spinal Injury Association impairment classification of A and B,

The time between injury and inclusion is 1 week and Patients weaned from the ventilator

Exclusion Criteria

Smokers, Any diagnosed Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and cardiac disease,Unable to perform glossopharyngeal insufflation because of the presence of trauma around the face or unable to comprehend commands.
