- •The time between injury and inclusion is 1 week and Patients weaned from the ventilator

- •Smokers, Any diagnosed Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and cardiac disease,Unable to perform glossopharyngeal insufflation because of the presence of trauma around the face or unable to comprehend commands.
