Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age: \>64 years
- •2\. Could walk at least 5 m
- •3\. Sedentary (Exercise \< 90 mins/ week in the past year)
- •4\. Without known cognitive impairment
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosed neurological and psychiatric disorders
- •2\.Score of mini mental state examination \>26
- •3\.Heart failure
- •4\.Met the exclusion criteria specific to magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)
