1) Individuls of both sexes between age groups 18-60 years.
2) Good general health, not using any systemic medication
3)intrabony periodontal osseous defects with periodontal probing depth (PPD) equal to or more than 5 mm
4)had radiographic evidence of intrabony component equal to or more than 3 mm
5)had no history of any medication affecting the periodontium in the last six months.
6)had not undergone any periodontal treatment for past six months
1)Individuals with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, bone metabolic diseases, platelet deficiencies etc
2)Individuals on anticoagulants or immunosuppressive therapy
3)Pregnant and lactating females
4)Individuals with history of tobacco usage
