Inclusion Criteria
Patients referred to the emergency ward with a history of primary headache
Exclusion Criteria
Patients whose headache started after 45 years of age
Patients who were taking sedative and suddenly stopped taking sedative
Patients with advanced liver failure
Patients who do not have a definitive diagnosis of primary headache
Patients taking nitrate drugs
