简要总结
- Congenital scoliosis is a complex three-dimensional condition with variable morphology, posing diagnostic and management challenges. Although several classification systems have been developed to categorize these presentations, their application and comparison within specific population contexts remain underexplored..Most previous studies have focused on either single classifications or retrospective data only .Few have combined classification utility, curve progression, and associated anomalies in one comprehensive study .To date, no study in the Indian population has compared McMaster, Winter, and Kawakami systems while assessing their reliability using three independent raters with statistical rigor .This study also uniquely aims to document cases that remain unclassified, a problem often ignored in classification research
