- Thermic burn from 20% to 80%
- 15 < age < 70 years
- written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- diabetes mellitus
- corticoid or immuno-suppressive therapy
- HIV
- evolutive cancers
- pregnancy
- abdominal lesion
- hepatic or renal failure
