1. The individual should be able to give consent in English or Kannada.
2. Patients diagnosed with Bipolar affective disorder, in full remission as per ICD 10 DCR
3. YMRS score of 12 and below and HAM-D score of 7 and below
4. Maintaining remission atleast for the past 8 weeks (as per the care-taker and clinical judgment by the treating doctor)
5. No up-titration of medications atleast for the past 4 weeks.
Severe and/or decompensated medical diseases that may affect the central nervous system such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or hypothyroidism, and neurological disorders, such as epilepsy or stroke.
