Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who required intubation and mechanical ventilation and were over 15 years of age
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who died before or during weaning, who were transferred to another ward or another hospital, who had an unplanned extubation before or during weaning (e.g., accidental or self extubation), or who underwent a tracheostomy before or during weaning
